I lived in one of Chris' properties in Cheltenham. The house was lovely and spacious and had a high spec throughout. I liked the fact there was a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, plus the bonus of a large garden to enjoy when the English weather decided to play nice. Overall, loved my tenancy there and reasonably priced as well.

We were a group of 5 boys and after a year in one of Chris' houses we moved to another 6 bedroom house of his around the corner. He was relaxed but professional and we liked him a lot.

We enjoyed our time staying in one of Chris’ houses. We were welcomed from the start and the house was perfect. Collectively we agreed that the maintenance response was a little slow but there was no major issues. Would recommend Chris and the team to anyone looking for a student house in Cheltenham
