My daughter recently moved into newly renovated Gloucester court. Everything has been completed on time to an incredibly high standard. Kirsty Honor has been a responsive and caring landlord. It’s clear that she is both experienced and committed to creating student accommodation which is both of a high quality and invites a real sense of community. It’s been a refreshing experience of renting after some very disappointing ones!

We enjoyed our time staying in one of Chris’ houses. We were welcomed from the start and the house was perfect. Collectively we agreed that the maintenance response was a little slow but there was no major issues. Would recommend Chris and the team to anyone looking for a student house in Cheltenham

Hi, I just felt I needed to share my daughter’s experience of renting from Chris for 2 years after reading some of the negative reviews. I’m just so shocked, because her experience was absolutely brilliant. Chris was so helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble & I felt so relieved as it was her first time living away from home. She had a great time at university, finished her degree & in no small part, the great quality accommodation she stayed in definitely helped. Thank you again Chris, you were a star!
